I don't run a feel good in Uganda, I haven't discovered the cure for any diseases, and I don't work at a soup kitchen, nor did I ever imply that I did. when this happens in customer service you have a great opportunity. You can either lose this customer forever or you can fix it beyond their expectations and gain a loyal customer forever.

For every irate guy, I wonder how many normal dissatisfied customers that represents.
