I record in 1680 x1050 and i put it 1,920x1080 and i have black bars at the side and buttom and top any idea to get rid of the black bars?

Actually, ignore my last comment.
Make sure when going from 1670x1050 to 1920x1080 that you set the ratio to 16:9.
Also, prior to editing make sure the video is completely covering the "preview" window on the program you're using.
And, if your monitor isn't widescreen, black bars will appear since 1920x1080 is a widescreen format, and it's more wide than 1680x1050
