1. We live in 4 dimensions, space being 3 (left/right, up/down, forward/back) and time being the 4th.

2. The universe could not have come from nothing. The idea of something must have been thought before it was created.

3. The universe could not have always been there. Take a sniper about to fire a shot, before he shoots he has to check with his HQ if he can shoot, and they check with there HQ, it goes back, infinity - the sniper never shoots. (Or us domino argument)

INTUITION tells us that nothing cannot produce something. Thus, God is ruled out as being the creator of the material world, as long as he is immaterial. And if God is only material, He is also ruled out as being the creator of the material world, as the material world would have to be something contained in His essence.
