MUHAHAHAHAHA! I just saw this videe on youtube at 1 AM and immedeatly headed over thingking "IT'S 1 AM ON SEPTEMBER! IT HAS TO BE ON, RIGHT?!" AND I WAS RIGHT! IM SO DAMN HAPPY!
Code Geass episodes premiere in Japan on every Sundays 5:00 pm. The audience rating is extremely low there that the people who makes the episodes don't get much profit out of it, and so the director's ending the show pretty soon. I wish the show would never end. Because then lots of supporting-role-characters would die. :-(
Really well thats a suprise, it is a really good anime, I mean I have seen alot of anime, and this one is the only one that has ever made me want to see it every day if it were possible.
It is good and those who get into it love it most likely, however it is one of those anime not known by people unless they are anime fans or saw a dubbed episode and decided to watch the subbed even further, or you watch the actual version on tv if your in Japan
i vacationed in japan for a month, and the answer is quite simple. I dont want to get detailed, but first; in terms of anime there are so many variety of shows its really hard to 'notice' one. also theres just so much shit in general to do in japan that you really arent going to be spending your time watching anime all day.
Actually, it was pretty popular on TV when playing the 1st season in Japan. It was played on weekdays at midnight, like around 1 am, the audience rating was so high that they decided to play the 2nd season on Sundays in the afternoon. But ironically, the audience rating reduced. I have no idea why though. So I'm guessing they're ending the show because of the low profits. That's too bad cuz I think this is an awesome Anime TV series.
maybe they should really really think about putting back at midnight 2 get them high ratings back cuz i really love this show, it's like im hooked on geass
ill tell u why. it is direct ripoff from death note. and the producers seem to come up with the storyline AS THE ANIME is being made. randomly killing and bringing back dead characters doesnt really fly well with the masses. but ya it is an awsome anime :). my inability to predict it, is whats keeping me watching lol.
I think it's because it is wayy to tragic sometimes and there are too many unnecessary deaths of main characters but if the series ends well, then it will make up for all the sacrifices that have occured
