Airsoft is no more tactical then paintball theres indoor scenario all the time!! paintball requires WAY more skill then airsoft. but you can always use the airsoft guns to shoot squirrles :)

@xxx17000 actually, it does matter what gun you use in paintball. try outshooting an angel/autococker/impulse with a brass eagle and you'll see what i'm talking about. both paintball and airsoft are dependent on the money you put into your gun.

@xxx17000 you cant just diss airsoft like that...airsoft is the closest thing to real military warfare. i bet you first started playing airsoft before you played paintball. thats what everyone does(well people around where i live)..and paintball it depends on the gun too. if your shooting a tippman 98 and the other person has like an ego the tippman is not likely to win because an ego can keep way more paint on the guy while he moves for a better shot

@VYoung51 depends on the game your playing, in woods ball I'd rather have a 98 with a flatline barrel then an ego however in speedball any gun except the mil-sims, tipmanns, and spyders will be competitive

@bestmarty i think that nomatter the situation a speedball gun is always going to be better in any area of pb because of the lightweight, the efficiency and the rate of fire that the higher end guns bring. if i was playing a scenario game i would much rather carry my SL94 around for hours than my old A5 anyday, plus i would get more shots and be able to cover fire better than any tippmann or low end gun.

Best intermediate guns that are affordable are the Proto SLG (great gun but pretty boring IMO), and the old Smart Parts Ion with a Blackheart or Virtue board.

The Ion XE is actually not as good as the older Ion, it is less customizable and actually shoots at a slower rate in semi.
