  • Hey there! Have you heard about the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my sister lost a ton of weight.

  • i usually have lean steak or canned fish for lunch and turkey or salmon for dinner, both with complex carbs (brown rice/ wholewheat pasta) and one with mushrooms, one with coloured beans. Cereal and protein shake for breakfast. 5 egg white and bowl of veg at about 10pm, and the occasional healthy snack in between

  • STOP cooking with olive oil!, it's not really ment to cook with! Because most oils are good when uncooked, but when cooked it changes into something else, Some good and some toxic. Olive oil is a bad choice for things that need to be cooked in high temperature (use grape-seed oil)

    they pointed out in another video its good to track your protein and total calories but not count grams of carbs but just make sure you're in a state of caloric excess so your muscles can grow

  • Saturated fat isn't unhealthy. That's a myth that has been around since the 70's. Hydrogenated vegetable oil was the source of the study; hydrogenated oils have trans fats. It's the trans fats that are bad, but in the 70's they didn't know that there was a difference between trans fats and saturated fats found in meats. Saturated fat doesn't cause heart disease. Trans fats and CARBS cause heart disease. Grains are bad; the human animal is not suppose to eat grains.

  • @lobstercunningham Get your training and sleep in order and you will be good to go. Make sure your in a calorific excess if your trying to bulk plenty of calcs online to work out your basel metabolic rate.

    If your a newbie just do heavy compound exercises and avoid isolation shit like doing 5x different bicep exercises ect. And remember it's a marathon not a sprint!

  • You don't have to eat a lot of food at once to gain, 6 small to medium meals every 2 to 3 hours consisting of a source protein, fat, a slow digesting carb would work just fine.

  • in my opinion, carbs tend to slow muscle gain. they drain energy, and eat your muscles. I replaced carbs with butter as my metabolism fuel. I've been gaining muscle and shape, within 2 days, in a very natural healthy way. just eating butter and chicken.

  • lets say you sometimes go 3 1/2 hours without eating during the day, can that affect the muscle a lot. You see I eat 6 spaced out meals a day, but once in a while i go 3 1/2 hours from one meal to another, can that affect me a lot on muscle growth. i normally space out the meal from 2 1/2 to 3 hours from meal to meal but sometimes i miss the deadline and go 3 1/2 hours is this really bad? or its not that bad if it happens once in a while.
