I can talk about the USA as in here, Hispanics, African Americans, and Whites, all live together, compete, discuss, but they never say, we want to divide the USA or Lousiana is only for Blacks and Washington state only for Whites. Even India see the difference between kashmiri and south indian, its funny we have to discuss how different Kiratis, bahun chettris and other castes are. Pawan Chamling Rai is the chief minister of Sikkim and under him there's no corruption and equal opportunities are given to all Sikkimese. under rai administration Sikkim has progress. there's hardly any dalit or discrimination issues.
