Strangely,some of the most different Tales doesn't end with the sufix ''ia''. This includes ->Tales of Rebirth,Tales of Destiny Remake, Tales of the Abyss (when released at least...not running through lines anymore,etc) Tales of Graces(kinda similar to Rebirth in some ways,but surely different from most of then,no MP,etc) and Tales of Hearts(no traditional world map anymore)

They are bringing over graces f which is the japan only ps3 version so it more than likely it will be for ps3 here in the states but it might still come to wii. When you think about it. Namco hasn't been that bad at localising the tales of series. It sucks we didn't get any of the handheld games but rebirth is the only mothership console game we didn't get. The rest are here and Graces is now on it's way. And you may ask what about all the escort titles? And I say if they all anything like Dawn of the new World than fuck the escort titles.XD

@P0PTArrtSxD Dude I have a hacked PSP if you can see on my profile I have Birth by Sleep in Japanese. I've played this, Symphonia, Eternia, Abyss, Destiny 2, Tempest, and Narikiri Dungeon X. I only like Symphonia, Eternia, and Abyss. After playing the Japanese games I'm glad they never came to the U.S for these reasons their graphics are below today's standards, their music is utterly repulsive, their story line's are so predictable, and their gameplays are the worst out of the entire series.

@nagato455 rebirths graphics are better then enternias. there nice to look at atleast. theyre gameplays are again, like eternia. the storyline isnt predictable. i could see what was gunna happen in destiny and phantasia, but theyre still one of my fav tales of games.the music is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO not bad. the jap soundtrack is really awsome. ive hacked a psp also. im trying to play ToR with a eng-jap guide. i dont see how this game lacks any of the tales of formula.

PSP RPGs... I guess I must be mistaken when I saw a decent amount of rpgs on the psp get released within the past year to NA (Star Ocean, persona, and etc). And yes, it's true that graphics play a part but sales do as well. (VALKARIE PROFILE USES SPRITES! HOWEVER IT WAS MADE BY ENIX (NOW SQUARE ENIX) AND IT WAS RELEASED INTO NA). FYI, Tales of Destiny I and II and eternia came to the US on the ps1. Due to the lack of sales, sony believed that they would lose profits if they re-released it.

The reason we never got the 2D games is because Sony America denies games that they don't believe to be up to thir standards of graphics, and they believe anything that uses sprites to be bad graphics aside from Odin Sphere. THAT is why we never got ToD2 or ToR or ToD:R.

It has nothing to do with Sales. and as for the PSP ports, there's no market for PSP RPG's in NA anymore.

Sony thinks bad graphics means the game won't sell so they don't allow games that don't meet their standards into North America. If you do some checks yourself you'll see that Sony has denied quite a few games from getting a NA release.

Absolutezero is a fan translation group. They're currently working on an English patch for Tales of Destiny PS2 remake, Tales of Innocence, and they've completed an English patch for the PS1 version of Tales of Phantasia.

I was PISSED when I heard that Rebirth wasn't going over to the states..its alright cause I got a Japanese copy of the game (it pays to know people) but its SOOO hard to know what they are saying half the time so I was a little steamed. Damn you Namco. This is why you guys are not liked.
