Definitely lots of symbolism with the bands origins. It's not the poppy cute shit that they've done with Buried a Lie or Family Tradition, but it's definitely symbolic and really represents the influences that the band was all about in the first place.

The song and video do not match. When the song has its amazing breakdown with buddy screaming like a boss the video is doing a slow dance. It is a major let down because I feel this is one of Senses Fail's better songs, up there with 187.

I love this video. It's original in its genre and I find it somewhat connected to the music video to "Rum is for drinking not for burning" - graphically that is, which I liked a lot as well.

Excellent audiovisual piece of work. Very well done photography that evoques industrial atmosphere. Brilliant animation and combination between music and video.
Artistically the video is stimulating but in the beginning the pace of the video doesn't match the tempo of the music but as the video progressed the relationship between the cuts in the video and the tempo of the music started to merge which created a much more appealing music/video combination.

Great visual interpretation of a great song! This could have been an expected execution, but this is definitely a an awesome departure for a music video. Sorry that some fans of the band feel a bit bitter, but let's at least give props to the director Richard Borge, he did an awesome job!
The new video is way different : more fine art than anything & it's cool in it's own right.

I really liked this video!! It gets your attention, and I think it was a good choice going for something more edgy and creative. Props to the band and the director!
I noticed that a lot of fans are pretty upset that the video didn't turn out as they expected, but if you are truly a fan, you have to respect the band's decision on a video they feel best represents their music. If you don't like it, at least respect all of the people that put their hard work into it.
I LOVE it! The industrial motif complements the heavy, metallic beat, and the theme of fire is incorporated in an intriguing, original way. The overall impact effectively captures the band's combustible energy, further heightened by the lovely juxtaposition of the slow-gliding paper plane. This is a music video that also reads as a work of art: aiming higher than the standard, the director does not resort to conventional tropes like guitar-riff close up and screaming fans to convey its message.
Love the song. Great intensity – the layering in the video works hugely well – especially like the last sequence with the gears in the brain. Very cool.
The song is good, but the video is great! Crafted and honed to push your senses to another level. Well done and look forward to seeing more videos that make you think for a change.

A bit slow-paced and low key for this type of song. The imagery is there but it doesn't hit hard enough.
Also, people who think this is easy to do know jack shit about After Effects.
It probably looks cheap though because it wears all of its digital effects on its sleeve.

Artistically the video is stimulating but in the beginning the pace of the video doesn't match the tempo of the music but as the video progressed the relationship between the cuts in the video and the tempo of the music started to merge which created a much more appealing music/video combination.

ive been the biggest senses fail song since i was 13 (im 21 now) and even i ask myself asking...wtf was buddy on when he said "ya lets go ahead and release this"...or was it a "aawww fuck it lets try it any ways" kinda deal?

I don't know. I kinda like it. Very creative. But I think most fans prefer concert footage or shots of Buddy drinking and getting depressed or folding his laundry. They probably all like the the Can't be Saved vid because it reminds them of the first time they got a B+ on a test (last week) and the first time they sat next to a girl in the cafeteria. The kid that said smoking weed didn't make it better should try acid instead. He needs to let go of his angry little mind.

Great visual interpretation of a great song! This could have been an expected execution, but this is definitely a an awesome departure for a music video. Sorry that some fans of the band feel a bit bitter, but let's at least give props to the director Richard Borge, he did an awesome job!

The new video is way different : more fine art than anything & it's cool in it's own right.
* It's just disappointing because the band promised us a fan-vid & then up and went and did something else - and we're all sitting here getting a suprise. I guess the original footage must have really sucked tho... it's not cheap to start producing one idea, ditch it and go full tilt fresh on another.
Good vid - way different than I expected. Maybe that's a good thing...

I really liked this video!! It gets your attention, and I think it was a good choice going for something more edgy and creative. Props to the band and the director!
I noticed that a lot of fans are pretty upset that the video didn't turn out as they expected, but if you are truly a fan, you have to respect the band's decision on a video they feel best represents their music. If you don't like it, at least respect all of the people that put their hard work into it.

I LOVE it! The industrial motif complements the heavy, metallic beat, and the theme of fire is incorporated in an intriguing, original way. The overall impact effectively captures the band's combustible energy, further heightened by the lovely juxtaposition of the slow-gliding paper plane. This is a music video that also reads as a work of art: aiming higher than the standard, the director does not resort to conventional tropes like guitar-riff close up and screaming fans to convey its message.
