I think this would make a fantastic anime...but it would be very hard to animate it.KyoAni would dob a nice job I think,but they usually animate things made by Key.Maybe Madhouse and Shaft or Production IG would also do a nice job...

@daisukeniwa1000 as much as i would like to see an OVA of this, i simply cannot imagine ever 17 turning into an anime. unless youre looking through the eyes of a protagonist, it would be very hard to portray the events correctly, without revealing major spoilers. if it was that easy, we'd have 3 seasons by now. kyoani? shaft?? dude, youre out of your mind. ever 17 is an epic VN, because it's a VN done right.
