All these songs of CCR brings back memories of when I was in Viet-Nam and I used to sit down and play their music while the helicopters were fliying around hunting the VCs. The week before I heard this song for the first time I had attended a wedding at the Swedenborgen Chapel in SF for two friends I had met at the Frigate, a bar in Burlingame. A SF policeman and a SF fireman got married. Policeman was the female, fireman the male. The marriage lasted about 1 week. I don't know why, but this song epitomized the ending.Beautiful people, beautiful wedding. WTF
