okay, my "shipmate" corrected me on this. ct's know all about launching missiles....i guess that's what they do when they're not sweeping the xo's p-way. there is a button pushed, hoffmanfc is launching the next sm3 and wrighteous1ne is the coolest ciws tech to ever walk the planet. black fc's 4life!

Im a cryptologist on the Decatur. The SM3 shot was awesome. We put tons of work into that shot. Oh and for those who might have heard from some of my fellow " shipmates" Noone pushes a button anymore. Its all computer comtrolled to eliminate the DUH factor. I have some WAY better videos that ill post up this week.

Hmmm... That is really weird. I happened to be there when we pushed the button. Crazy how a CT would know more about the "tons of work" than an Aegis FC. Odd how you would know anything about the shot when you were busy reading e-mails to make sure they didn't contain any "sensitive" info. That makes me laugh. Go play more D&D and call me in the morning... after I push the button for another SM-3 shot.

just so everyone knows. all of us aegis fc's on the decatur spent assloads of off duty hours the past six months for that shot. my buddy tyler was the one who pushed the button to launch the sm-3.
