@teeltimes It's a lot of fun, a little tricky too since most of the liquid burns off (as you can see!) wine is a bit better. A real hot pan will make the liquid just evaporate so it's always hard to keep some while trying to burn off the alcohol. Tastes great though got to admit, everyone dug it, it was real good. Just be careful when trying it, and perhaps use a real low proof bourbon. mmm bourbon...
