Okay, you have to watch the other mv for the song "I made an accident" to fully understand what's happening.

The boy is mentally ill and recreates what really happens, which is bullying, to what he wants it to be like.

He smiles when the guys gets hit by the truck because he thought that the guy was bothering her and I guess he wanted him to go away.

If you watch "I made an accident" you'll seethe difference between the boy in this mv and in that mv.
