@KillaWasabi These movements will be new to many people so muscles will be used in ways they have never been used before. I've noticed this most often with my hip flexor exercises with people.
@Aa4vr That all depends on you. I actually liked to go up to 15 or 20 four times each. Even if I couldn't do them continuously I'd stop and finish. That's what worked for me. Going until failure for 3 or 4 sets is a good start.
@MattNotter Hey douche, why do don't you make a video first? This video took more time than a paragraph to make. If you disagree show the viewers how to work out.
@Ge4rsofWar nope! Remember do your best! You don't have to keep up with me, you just have to do your best! Eventually you'll get better. If it were easy than you wouldn't be getting stronger now would you?
@Ge4rsofWar It is an on going process, you never really stop learning them, like windmills, you keep on modifying them and changing them. Everyone has a different learning curve as well. With flares it is the same thing. I'm still learning them getting the form down better I can do around 9 flares (when I'm really into it) and only 3-4 air tracks. It is just an on-going thing. Work on improving vs. "getting" a move.
@TheTonyuzumaki i recommend functional stretching before the training, loosely kicking and throwing your limbs etc, static stretching will reduse power while functional will enhance your power.. @BetterBboybody nice vid thnx for uploading :D
Thats why you go until your body literally cant go anymore. Then the next day if your not sore start from the begining until u can finish if you are sore you should wait another day cause you dont wanna rip your ripped muscles :O
@raunchymuffins Yeah! Listen to the guy he's right! The micro tears in your muscle fibers are literally tiny rips in your muscles! Give them bitches some time to heal!!!
O.O I'm scared now. How am I supposed to do that?! I can only do push ups but 4 sets of 10 max. WITH THE KNEES ON THE GROUND!! I can't do 1 normal one.
nice vid!is it ok if can't do all yet?because i still don't have a balance on the handstand..and which one should i do first?this one or the stretching?and @1:38 to 2:58 exercises u didn't include how many repititions and how many sets?also with your standing on toes...thanx
hahaha very nice, I like how you did the intro with the book! =) Fresh ! =) I have been working out daily at home, i am going to use this! Especially the abdominal excercises
yo man, it's kyle... love this series you're doing. great post. i wasn't sure what to expect but i like that you base the exercise on moves. I could go to the gym, do a bunch of random exercises and not really help out my dancing because i worked the wrong muscle groups, so this is a great idea. thanks for the post man....
How has training come along for you? Let me know if you've seen any improvement. Thanks, potato
