  • How has training come along for you? Let me know if you've seen any improvement. Thanks, potato

  • you werent kidding when you said beginners will be destroyed

  • @KillaWasabi These movements will be new to many people so muscles will be used in ways they have never been used before. I've noticed this most often with my hip flexor exercises with people.

    Train hard!

  • How many L Sit reps and sets? How about those hip lifts too? Calves excercise? Turtle Switches? Handstand excercise on wall?

  • @Aa4vr That all depends on you. I actually liked to go up to 15 or 20 four times each. Even if I couldn't do them continuously I'd stop and finish. That's what worked for me. Going until failure for 3 or 4 sets is a good start.

  • That's good shit, thanks man !

  • thanks for this video, this will help me alot.

  • Thnx for the reference exelent info. And that matt notter guy closed his account lol

  • Are you right or left handed?

  • @SpikyHairSteve I use both. But my power moves go clockwise.

  • @MattNotter Hey where is that new video? You're a douche

  • @MattNotter you're a douche.

  • Hey thats some awsome training thanks

  • @MattNotter

    As I said before, you're a douche.

  • @MattNotter Hey douche, why do don't you make a video first? This video took more time than a paragraph to make. If you disagree show the viewers how to work out.

  • Thanks bro that was helpful :)

  • @JKHBOY Your mom was helpful, last night... I apologize.

  • Great exercises man. There's a lot of tutorials out there teaching the moves but not a lot that teaches how to PREPARE for the moves. Mad props!

  • sorry i'm italian....XD

can someone tell me (for each exercise) how many reps and how many times???thank you!!!

  • Wow, really good vid, looking forward for advanced versions. but one mistake, pushups arent for biceps. keep doing;D

  • whats the name of that song where she keeps saying get up?

  • @VisionaryCombat Gramophonedize- why don't you is the track name. Quite catchy isn't it?

  • thanks bro, pretty sure your the only person on yt that has a strength workout for b-boys which is what i need =D

  • Question i can do push ups verry verry easy but

1:40 kills me do you have exercises that is less dificult?

  • @Ge4rsofWar nope! Remember do your best! You don't have to keep up with me, you just have to do your best! Eventually you'll get better. If it were easy than you wouldn't be getting stronger now would you?

  • @BetterBboyBody

A answer better than anything i could hope thanks allot!!!

what you say is indeed true, just a last question how long did it take you to learn flares/airflares?

    thanks

  • @Ge4rsofWar It is an on going process, you never really stop learning them, like windmills, you keep on modifying them and changing them. Everyone has a different learning curve as well. With flares it is the same thing. I'm still learning them getting the form down better I can do around 9 flares (when I'm really into it) and only 3-4 air tracks. It is just an on-going thing. Work on improving vs. "getting" a move.

  • @BetterBboyBody what if i cant do the handstand stuff? i can do all the others except the 2 handstand exercises.

  • do push ups really help out that much? and do i only need to do the amount you say or can i do more?

and how long would you think it will take to learn flares (lets asume you have the strength, so focusing on technique)

    ty

  • THANK YOU!

  • are we aloud to take breaks. if we are how long?

  • i sweat like pig when try some of this

  • Should do the strength training then the streches or vice versa?

  • @TheTonyuzumaki I recommend stretching first.

  • @TheTonyuzumaki i recommend functional stretching before the training, loosely kicking and throwing your limbs etc, static stretching will reduse power while functional will enhance your power.. @BetterBboybody nice vid thnx for uploading :D

  • Can i come and visit you in america and practice breakdancing with you!

  • @MrDavie9 Um, hell yeah! One problem is that my scene isn't existant. I am my scene I have to travel 2 1/2 hr.s to get to a scene.

  • Song list please!

  • @sluggaknocka The track is by Gramophonedize- why don't you.

  • thank you :)

  • Thats why you go until your body literally cant go anymore. Then the next day if your not sore start from the begining until u can finish if you are sore you should wait another day cause you dont wanna rip your ripped muscles :O

  • @raunchymuffins Yeah! Listen to the guy he's right! The micro tears in your muscle fibers are literally tiny rips in your muscles! Give them bitches some time to heal!!!

  • after doing the hip raises, my lower back aches a lil, is that normal :l

  • maan i need to incorporate this asap.!!

  • thats a good work out man!!!!!!!!!

  • Great video dude!!!!

  • Make more videos about improve our powermoves , i think it's help alot of people ...

  • O.O I'm scared now. How am I supposed to do that?! I can only do push ups but 4 sets of 10 max. WITH THE KNEES ON THE GROUND!! I can't do 1 normal one.

  • @getthrobbing It is one whole song By:

    Gramophonedzie

    Titled:

    Why don't you

It is pretty new I think 2009

  • @BetterBboyBody nice, i ll look them up

  • hahaha very nice, I like how you did the intro with the book! =) Fresh ! =) I have been working out daily at home, i am going to use this! Especially the abdominal excercises

  • yo man, it's kyle... love this series you're doing. great post. i wasn't sure what to expect but i like that you base the exercise on moves. I could go to the gym, do a bunch of random exercises and not really help out my dancing because i worked the wrong muscle groups, so this is a great idea. thanks for the post man....

  • @kealoha03 You are welcome mang! Next in the series is nutrition.
