it's quite hard to find copys of Excel Saga without the subtitles, so i wouldn't begrudge him for it that much. it's still an excellant video, even with the subtitles
I would never think to do this, but you did and you pulled it off quite well! The editing was definitly some of the best I have seen on Youtube, and for the song you chose it must have been hard to do.

Unless you find sources with them, you can't remove hard imprinted subs. I know a bit about fansubbing and video editing.
