@Gamezalot Lol this isn't a stock 700e. And Trex's fly like shit - everybody knows this. I have a Trex and it tracks like shit. My N5 out performs it 10 fold, especially in tracking through large manuevers.

I've flown all the Trex's, Srimoks (n and e), the N5, N9, the logo 500 and 600, the vibe line of helis, and a million others. Everyone knows that Trex's are on the lower end of performance. There's just no doubt about it!

Sounds like the batts start losing their umph at around the 3:00 mark. One drawback with electrics :( Shorter flight times..

@RockinHeliboy ok? I have two 700E set up one with a 700M and one with a Neu 1917 1.5y. Not only does the Neu absolutely DESTROY the 700M in power but also holds its power much better. A friend has a Neu 1915 in his 700E and it too has more power and stays more consistent as well. We are using Kontronik speed controls. The 700M is a good beater motor, but no where near the other brushless out there. You saying otherwise doesn't magically change the way the 700M performs, lol.

the hover or tail spin at the beginning is to make sure the heli is working correctly before throwing it about. its a safety thing as they tend to cost 1000.00 or more.The set maneuvers most pilots do show off the years of training it takes to master these moves in various orientations.The auto ending in many cases seems quite appropriate in contrast to the frenetic smack flying that generally precedes it ,but it's pilot choice as its their heli & money on the line if it goes wrong

@leezaal not saying your wrong but me and many of the pros iv talked to said its mainly style, i do my first flights on a heli and first flights after a crash away from as many people as possible. beacuse chances are something is going to fail doing something flying 3d than in a hover bc more forces are acting on the heli.

i think its not for safety its for style. bc you have got to admit it looks cool watching the heli spool up into a hover then switching into idle up mode.

But...why do all the big pilots end with an auto. Let's do something different! In fact the flying in general is all pretty generic! Why don't people think of their own things instead of doing what they see others do? There's only so much you can do with an r/c heli--true. But still there could be way more variation IMO. For instance EVERY flight doesn't have to start with a 5 sec. hover then a sudden 'jump', & end with an auto :|
