first off rincon is nowhere near san clemente/ OC. Blacks is an hr drive and is worth it when theres a nice southerly swell.

old mans is a slow break meant for long boards and yes i go to trestles and cottons pt often. but with no south swell it all sucks.

i charge so yeah ive been up and down the coast. have yet to make it to santa barbra tho...

Longboarders don't suck, but a small minority of them need to learn how to share waves with those of us riding smaller equipment. I've found that most longboarders are quite respectful in this area, unless they are total beginners and don't know any better.

thank you for posting this. i was in the water that day at Scorpion Bay. it was amazing. unfortunately, it looks like you got the afternoon on video, not the morning. I left next day because of Hurricane but I've been reliving that amazing day in my head ever since. I must go back there. If you have other video from that day, please post it cause i want to see myself getting barreled. MUST GO TO SCORPION BAY AGAIN!
