Excellent metal scream examples. For old school metal, Midnight of Crimson Glory may be the highest. Carl Albert of Vicious Rumors was a great vocalist with upper register capabilities and Warrel Dane was an astounding operatic vocalist in Sanctuary.

Hansen goes to ridiculous high notes too. I don't know about Victim of Fate but Hansen sings How Many Tears higher than Kiske. At the highest point Kiske goes to F# but Hansen goes to G. But then again, Helloween played How Many Tears in lower notes with Kiske. That might be because Kiske can't go as high as Hansen or then it's just because they just wanted to play it lower.

And in Starlight the highest note for Hansen is totally ridiculous G#.

You can do it with a program that lets you to edit song files. For example Audacity is one of those. Different video editing programs also let you edit the sound files. For example you can use Windows Movie Maker to do it. Just shorten the track on the timeline from the beginning and the end to leave only the part you want to hear to the track.

Because it's quite limited how many words I can write in the titles in Youtube I just use the word "screams" to cover everything metal singers do when they are ripping it out with a loud and possibly high voice.

Anyways, I think that if someone sings in falsetto and tries to scream, he sounds like Rob Halford here :D So it's basically a scream done with a falsetto sound. Same goes with Tom Araya escept in Angel of Death he eventually lowers that scream so it sounds like a manly scream for a while after the falsetto sounding part.
