Your not goign to want to use cheap plastic. Most costume plastic is .080 ABS or even .062 HIPS. Thin, cheap plastic will not stand up to much.

you will find plastic like this at a plastic supply house. Ask for ABS (preferred) or HIPS (Sytrene).
