This was the last time for Netherlands spokesperson and the Norwegians spokesperson give the result for last time 1995.

Seriously... were the maltese jurys back in the 90s corrupt? Every single year, they gave suspicious high marks to songs, nobody else voted for. In 1991 they were the only ones to vote for Yugoslavia, and in 1992 and 1993 they gave Luxembourg 10 points, while nobody else really gave them points...
