Iv made this Camping. I got 17 likes and 0 dislikes. This is great recipe It can be a bit expensive to make considering how many your making meals for. The Miso can be very hard to find depending on your area or location. If it is not at your local store just try to order it online before you find your self driving to Asian markets. Many of the labels will be in Japanese and pretty much impossible to determine if you have the correct product.

Hmm, he didn't remove the membrane of the ribs (doing so allows for the ribs to absorb the marinade much better).

Chocolate and chilli are a classic mexican combination, they use that A LOT there. But I agree, the look alone would put me off trying it.

that loooks delicious come to think bout it i made ribs a while ago and chocolate was involved tastes nice especially with the chilli because chocolate and chilli are an excellent combi!!
