yes, at around that time. The heli is light enough and so you have to gain quite a bit of momentum by pushing the nose in down with full trottle, this allows the heli to gain enough momentum,  the heli will come down very fast, then pull back on the elevator really quick just before it hits ground, so it flips itself around the loop.

To loop it, the swashplate upper links need to be relocated to the longer arms, this gives greater control throw. You need quite a bit of altitude and momentum to loop it.
