I don't know of anyone who would deny that 1% of the population should live in Israel, if they happen to be Jews. Jews live in other Muslim lands. A great many also live in my home state of NY, where there was no problem with them. The problem comes when they are militarily overbearing in seizing land and resources in Israel only for themselves. You cannot deny that they have killed, imprisoned and demolished homes of innocent civilians. This is unacceptable.

I think this goes to actually "when" the border division between Palestine and Jordan began. For thousands of years there was no definitive border and people crossed freely through the trans-Jordan Palestinian area. But the tightening of the screws on the Palestinian land has forced Jordan to enforce stricter laws barring Palestinian entrance to Jordan, since Jordan can't handle the influx of Palestinian refugees into Jordan, not the other way around.

funny I just heard Israel's Prime Minister speak for a half an hour about working towards peace. I've never heard something like that from any of Israel's neighbors. In fact if you ask me Israel always seemed the only one interested in pursuing peace while plenty call for its destruction and wage acts of terror on its citizens while rejecting its right to exist.
