Well, I was doing all the instructiona u explained. Then, when i was all done, it blocked me from EVERYTHING!

I couldn't even search the letter A. It blocked me from everything. I couldn't even watch any videos on the internet. Thats how it got messed up.

what web browser do you use, and also do you by any chance have any parental control systems installed. It is known that some proxy servers can have a bad effect (slow performance) so it is important to chose one that is safe and fast enough to use!

I use Internet Explorer 7, and the parental control is built in my computer. However, which proxy servers should I avoid? By the way, the computer I have is Windows Vista.

Yeah K9 is kind of tricky. It blocks known proxies so you are gonna have to google for new ones that it doesn't know of. Be aware, because all proxies can read your personal info that you enter on the web ( passwords, account numbers...). Be shur not to use unsafe proxies. You should be very careful. Yahoo answers might help you more!
