I have high functioning autism and my autism gets worse on medication. Had really bad behaviors and got really physically sick. I could not type like this if on medication. When I was child my mom threw away the med. because my behaviors increased when on them. Glad she did. I was hyper and med. to calm me down made me ALOT more hyper. I would bang my head over and over and my face was all black and blue from hitting myself. The Drs. did not care. Autistics are sensitive to things and drugs too
