@xolalaox11 BWAHAHAHA!!!! I love outdated YouTube comments. Especially when people make claims that they are so SURE of, and they turn out to be so wrong. I can't stand Obama, but McCain is every bit as bad. Oh, and in case you didn't hear it on FOX news, Obama won. BWAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
Did you know Barack Obama is blood related to the Bush family and Dick Cheney. Another interesting fact is that nearly every us president before has also been blood related. Does make you wonder.
Intersting. McCain will rest on his record, he'll put his country first, he'll answer the question at hand.
Obama will deny that he voted the way he did, or claim he voted for some other reason. He'll stand there and look stupid while everyone else is showing respect during the National Anthem. He'll sidestep the question to make sure everyone knows how hard he's had it, and how he had to struggle.
Hey... I'm a pro-Obama guy... but... Obama didn't really answer the question either. McCain was just responding to Obama's response when Obama tried to appeal to working-class people instead of answering a question about what he doesn't know and how he's prepared to work towards learning those things. Both of them dodged the question for the most part. McCain said that he didn't know the unexpected... then he goes on to say "i know what it's like etc.".
AreThereNoMoreNames made a reply to me, but it was deleted I suppose. He said, in short, that McCain answered the question and Obama didn't after I had said they both didn't. Said I need to "check my facts".
Well, my "fact" would be this video. Obama didn't answer it at all. Neither did McCain. McCain said, "I think what I don't know is what all of us don't know, and that's what's going to happen". He later says "we don't know what the unexpected will be".
So McCain only established that he isn't psychic and can't read the future. And later in his response, like I said before, McCain tried to appeal to the working-class people because Obama wasted his whole response doing that.
McCain didn't say "what he didn't know" other than saying he doesn't know "what's going to happen" and the "unexpected". That's not answering the question, that's 1st grade LOGIC! N-o-b-o-d-y knows the unexpected or the future. Both dodged it equally. End of story.
Well I know what I know because I record everything I learned for the past 2 years. Therefore I know what I don't.
On the other hand, most people don't record everything they learn. So far, I am the only one I know who does that. Therefore for most people this is an impossible question that requires too much nuance.
well he did say that there is a lot of things he does not know and that he finds the answer in Michelle... but ,to my mind, this is not so important question... Obama seems a very trustfull person to me... i cannot undestand what can people find positive in McCain??... by the way can you tell me who has the leadership and who brobably will be the next president, or it will be known only on 4th november??
He never came out and admitted that he didn't know anything. He just said his wife could give a longer list than he could, and went on to go back over his life's story.
Obama seems like a trustworthy person, he's a great speaker, but in reality he's lied quite a bit.
Like one I was talking to someone else about yesterday, his American uncle liberated Auschwitz. If you don't know where Auschwitz was, it was in Poland. And his American mother was an only child, his father a Kenyan goat farmer. No room for an American uncle on either side to be on the front lines of infantry to liberate anything. He has no leadership, administrative, or executive experience.
He kept Bush from talking to foreign leaders on the withdrawal of troops from Iraq. That's not such a bad thing, as interim government in Iraq is not yet ready to take over, and their military is in pretty sad shape last I checked. However, the fact that he does that, and preaches that we need to pull out of Iraq is disgusting. He's just trying to keep everything messed up until he can get into office to fix it.
And the other thing. Obama has no executive experience. Neither does McCain. Palin, however, does. She's been in an executive office longer than Obama has had a political career. Obama spent that time voting 'Present' most of the time, and a number of his more controversial votes have been accidents, or so he's said.
SHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM!!! What a joke. There's more than 2 candidates running for President. CIA controlled media. Google it - Baldwin, Barr, McKinney, etc. If I hear 'the American people' one more time...
Though Obama did get off topic slightly he still did answer the question versus Mccain going behind him and saying the same thing and then dancing around the question. Obama will be our next president as he and Joe Biden are the only ones competent to do so as compared to someone who does shout out to third graders and someone who is a headache away from being Senile
d beginning & end of d presidency depends on his openness 2 understanding n discerning d most important needs of d nation & bringing abtt leadership that will find d sources of strengths 2 meet those needs. Im afraid that the worst way to arrive at best decisions is to rely heavily from the advice of those who achieved many "successes" in the past. McCain should be wary relying too much abt his technocrats and experts who knew too much. As long as Michelle keeps listing, Obama & USA will be OK!
OMG! McCain repeated what President Obama had to say. OMG, he totally copied him. Typical co-opting of ideas and regurgitating superficial hot garbage- f*ck McCain and his family's years of service to this country. My family has served for generations, too, yet he addresses none of our issues and only caters to the rich & appeals to our belief that their benevolence will leave working people some crumbs.
After trying their best to answer the question, I just wish for John and Barach that they would come to feel or know in their thoughts afterwards that neither one of them can ever actually come closer to learning what they don't know till they UNLEARN many of what they have known in their pasts. It is not always the past experience or the voice of the learn-ned that can guide your future. Sometimes it's okay to know that you can not always know and not always learn so u can always stay knowing.
I think that Obama, by way of admitting how his wife Michelle is not unaware of his list of things he is unknowlegeable about, is able to show his humility--which is exactly the kind of essence that the question wants to find out and bring out from the one trying to answer it.
Yah. And in a way I have seen how Mr. McCain and Mr. Obama both got frightened by the question. Understandably because the question will make you vulnerable when you try to crack it. So they just whiled away time pitching instead about what they do know. But upon pondering on how Obama admitted about the "Michelle's lists-of-Barach's-Dont-Know things"--I think that's one important factor to fairly show that Obama has a better heart admitting he's hasn't arrived yet and so will b open 2 learning.
how about you do some actual research first instead of believing everything that comes out of the mccain camp about obama..you do have your own mind...dont you?

I'm a McCain supporter and I thought Obama did actually give a reasonable answer, but I need someone who has a lifetime's worth of track record of country first.
because of that, I'm voting for John McCain and Sarah Palin into the White House.
Country First? Which do you prefer, Keep Borrowig Money from China or raisig taxes from Americans? at leat until he Economy recovers? I mean reasonable taxes, I don't mean taxig people to death?
It's not the government that needs to fix the problem, but the American people ourselves. We buy anything the Chinese make because it's cheaper. We shy away from taxes to pay for things like public transportaion and then complain about gas prices. Then we go and blame the government or the president for the crisis we've put ourselves in...
The Government needs to do its part ans the people must do its part as well. If the Government is not to do its part, why the hell do we even have a government?
mccain had more planning time to the response. He still didnt get to the point. Mccain is all about war. WE need to follow obama and get this country back on the right track. Economically, heatlth care and lastly the thinning of our troops in iraq. We need someone with new views. We have seen what "mavericks" in the whitehouse can do. - Obama
But if as US troops withdraw, the insurgents come out on the streets, step up their attacks on retreating American forces and on still inadequate Iraqi forces, then he would be forced to halt withdrawl or even re-escalate the war again.
If Iran does not play ball with nuclear negotiations then there is no other option but military force.
If Pakistan gets more chaotic and terrorists get more powerful there then the US would be forced to act there too.
McCain the Maverick hasn't tried to save this country that he loves so dearly. The money, time and many lives lost while sitting on the knowledge of how to bring Osama to justice and an end to a pointless war. I guess he's waiting until he wins the election and then he and the other maverick (the pitbull with lipstick)will personally lead the calvary and bring him in. Osama is cowering w/ terror. HOPE YOU DON'T BREAK YOUR A*S WHEN YOU SLIP IN THE B/S.
from listening to him througout the campaign...he made me believe that he bought his harvard education from a cracker jack's box...he's a disgrace to the scholarly community...
however, at least as you say...the mindset is not a military one...and has not verbalized to aspiring to become dictator...
Where did you buy your education, Intelligentcreature? Serious question. You can't buy an Ivy League education with craker jack money. Put you and Senator Obama in a public debate. He'd own you.
especially since he doesn't know the basics on American History....in addition he has no critical thinking skills to analyze mcCains sorry arguments. instead he just agrees...
and as i have been listening to both candidates, researching them, and keeping an objective point of view...
i've come to the conclusion that the only reason i wouldn't vote 4 da man, obama, is because of ignorant robotic people who follow without thinking.
As if America was the epitomy of goodness and moral values before Bush came out and tarnished its reputation. It's not the government that needs to fix the problem, but the American people ourselves. We buy anything the Chinese make because it's cheaper. We shy away from taxes to pay for things like public transportaion and then complain about gas prices. Then we go and blame the government or the president for the crisis we've put ourselves in...

My friend,
The Government needs to do its part ans the people must do its part as well.

- Obama

Obama wants to get out of Iraq.

That is true!!!
but these people are either blind or ignorant to notice it....

HOPE YOU DON'T BREAK YOUR A*S WHEN YOU SLIP IN THE B/S.

i thought that a very relevant point he made is that he has a great educational background and I actually trust that more than a military one

from listening to him througout the campaign...he made me believe that he bought his harvard education from a cracker jack's box...he's a disgrace to the scholarly community...
however, at least as you say...the mindset is not a military one...and has not verbalized to aspiring to become dictator...

Where did you buy your education, Intelligentcreature? Serious question. You can't buy an Ivy League education with craker jack money. Put you and Senator Obama in a public debate. He'd own you.

lol
trust me, he wouldn't
lol
especially since he doesn't know the basics on American History....in addition he has no critical thinking skills to analyze mcCains sorry arguments. instead he just agrees...
and as i have been listening to both candidates, researching them, and keeping an objective point of view...
i've come to the conclusion that the only reason i wouldn't vote 4 da man, obama, is because of ignorant robotic people who follow without thinking.
that lack of thinking enslaves
