marty, can i ask you something please? when i need to play a lick (or more), or just improvise over a jamtrack, can i play all kind of licks in that jamtracks?i mean, some fast or some slow licks, to blast through scales and anything like that? there are no rules to play over the jamtrack, right? you need to play everything you want in that key, at the speed that you want, in the order that you want? thanks!

Great video. I've been playing for a lot of years but I'm always looking for something new. I like the licks in this video because they are versatile and can easily be used for rock or blues improvisation. And they are "movable". They can be played in any key. Nice job.

@wwemmy I think Marty said in a previous video that its a Boss loop station. I own the boss RC-12 flavour - the basic model. It's just about the best practice tool in the world. Ever. A combination of this pedal and Marty's lesson's over the last 6 months or so has seen my playing improve more than what it did in the previous 3 years.

If you've got the cash I'd highly recommend one.
