Actually I hate to say this but what it looks and sounds like is that the doctor collapses slowly in disbelief and yells out Donna before having to run back in the tartis.

That doesn't make any sense.

1) The departure was Tennant's decision, not Russell's.

2) They didn't clone David Tennant. If they're gonna get him back, why would they have him play "human David" instead of the actual Doctor?

If, in 10 years time, David wishes to reprise the role for an story, that is a good plot device to use. He'll be 50 in 10 years, and that can be explained as natural aging on the human Doctor's part (half human should I say). Whats more it also gives the chance for Billie Piper to come back.

Well my point was mainly that the original poster said that David Tennant HIMSELF was cloned, which was just stupid.

he bends onto his nees! i cant wait to see what they are filming! i cant wait till the specials! does anyone know how many weeks apar tthe specials are? because the specials are all the doctor who for 2009 they arent just gonna make them last four weeks they may like be a month apart!

yeah not sure how far apart they are but i know that the first special is on in the easter holidays and it has Lee Evans in it :P Can't wait lolz xx
