The perfect season is when you go undefeated the whole season until its over. Bama has done it plenty of times and Florida never has. You talk about being the winningest class in SEC history. Well Bama teams back in the days of the Bear didn't play as many games each season as teams do now. Its like comparing Apples to Oranges...you just can't. What matters is how you come back and right now Florida's new class dont look very promising. While Bama is gonna be even better next year.

If I could only go back and get my 5 dollars! In 1973 Bama played ND for the NC Title. Turns out the UPI gives the Title to Bama before the game. Then Bama loses the game to ND. So, I had to pay this 5th grader, like myself, 5 dollars.....the bet was actually that ND would win the NC title......hence, the game, well ND won the game but Alabama won another of their "12" titles. I am a Kentucky fan and I hate Florida as much as the next guy, but no one can deny they are an outstanding football team and their senior class is phenomenal. I do not beleive that Alabama is a better football team though, however they were that night without a doubt. Saban had an excellent gameplan and his very talented, very good team executed beautifully. Thing is, Teabow isn't the greatest NCAA football player of all time. The stats lie because of the talent he was surrounded with. Can you imagine if players like Elway, Jim Kelley, or even Danny Wuerffel were surrounded by the talent that Teabow had at his disposal. Alabama only proved that Teabow is overrated by the likes of the booyah network like ESPN. All we could hear was how Florida had the best defense in the country and nobody would beat them. Bama put up 497 yards total offense tonight and just torched them up and down the field. I was only asking why you are projecting a Texas win over Alabama. Are you saying the Nebraska team is comparable to Alabama, thus the result will be similar? The Husker's D looked good to me, but their offense seemed to have some issues with the passing and running game. You said Texas was lucky to win their game and Alabama clearly had little trouble at all with Florida and had the game won by early in the 4th quarter. This was more like the '93 Sugar Bowl game (Bama vs. Miami).

Typical UF fan, talking up the shit because they got their asses handed to them. Bama made College Football's golden boy cry on national television. And for the record, Bama fans were pulling for Florida last year in the NC. It's called respect for your conference. And if it was Florida with a 32-13 lead with less than 2 minutes left in the game, they would have been gunning for the end zone. But Bama, being a class act, took a respectable knee, and didn't run up the score.

Bama took a responsible knee because on the next play their QB or Ingram or Jones could have gotten his "responsible knee" dislocated. That wouldn't have been very "responsible" in the NC game. Saban is not an idiot and if Bama could have scored more points, they would have. FL defense had to stop them. This run up the score crap is whiny. It's a team's responsibility to score and the other team's to stop them. Just beat Texas and then Crow.

Sometimes people just have a downright dislike of a program and I think you just dislike Florida. That is your right. I don't know about Florida not having any class. I saw Tim Tebow being very classy and saying Bama had the best team and that "you had to give it to them" he also congratulated Bama on the win and said he hoped they would go win the Title. He was just crying when he said it and all the Classy Bama fans having been laughing making rude comments about that. I'm wishing Bama well.

Don't judge a football team by some of its fans. The Crimson Tide have some of the greatest fans and memories of all time. The fact is, we are the SEC champs and you're not, but Auburn is coming up and we know that. I would like to see Auburn win thier first 11 next year, they deserve it. I know, to tell you the true Alabama probably have the best group of college football player in the nation and that from a Auburn fan. But their fans just annoying if not all just some, like the ones at my school, they always talking shit and one day one of them will get punch in the face.
