My ambition started before the shows, but unfortunaely i jumped on late. My process started by doing cash for gold. I took the profits i made to the auctions and tried to get a unit. I have not got one yet but i stood in the rain for hours trying. I am committed. I enjoy the videos and after i get a unit i plan on a book purchase. THe only reason im waiting til after is i tend to read books and then talk myself out of it. im jumping in this with strong discipline.

Great way to obtain knowledge is just go to a local furniture store and play a game I call guess the price. Then take 1/4 of that... that's what its worth... and if you live somewhere small more than likely the furniture is coming from there...

@1974wolfman And its crappier now that the shows have come out. Dont forget the arduous logistics involved after you are lucky enough to "win" a unit. Makes one think it should be called, "you loose in this unit." LOL...

I can't believe some of the mistakes people make. People, don't play business, be business. A true business person keeps overheads as low as possible. Only spend money on things you need. Ask yourself, do i REALLY need this, and how much extra money will i make from this expenditure. Remember, if your spending money on an office you don't need, then that means you have less money for inventory. So, that $6k a year you spend on that office you didn't need really cost you $15k.

When are you people going to get the clue that TV IS NOT REAL LIFE PEROD!!! Reality is not edited...TV is. Reality TV is edited TV. I have watched all of Glendon's videos and read his blogs and even bought his books and not once has he ever said that you will make millions just by buying his book and following his instructions. Thanks for the great vids Glendon. I continue to enjoy them for the entertainment value and the knowledge that each one contains.

Great video Glen! I went to my first storage auction today... I have a question have you been to a auction where they give out a list of things in the unit? Because I remember in one of your videos you was saying to be careful at a auction where the manger know what in the unit.. Also I was very surprise how many people show up an they didn't over bid the units..

thats one thing i love about reselling items from rummage sales and goodwill, you learn so much about items that you would normally know nothing about. i would tell people to start off small by buying things from rummages and reselling them, then if you enjoy doing that start buying storage units. you have to start off small that way you can build up your knowledge base.

I just like going throught people shit. I really dont have a plan once I do have the stuff. . And to be totally honest I have never bought a unit I have been to 6 auctions this year . Do I need to make extra money no,can I use the money yes. Next week im going to 15 auctions in one day. There are 3 of us that are going to combine our money together and buy units. Yes Im going to have an open mind and buy your book today! If anything I just want to learn something from reading your book. Thanks
