  • Why is High Fructose in all of our food? Why is it so hard to find food without High Fructose Corn Syrup? Why is food without High Fructose Corn Syrup also listed as "All Natural" and cost so much more money? To be healthy and eat healthy you have to read food labels and spend more money. You pay one way or another either up front buying healthy food or as a co-payment at your doctors office.

  • Yeah it takes a lot to clean all the string off of the corn when it comes in the "casing" and its a hot mess lol
