He doesn't have much of a power, he mostly shoots machine gun, commands things, and his head is like steel. So he basically head butts you to death if if the other two options fail. I guess that's the only comical aspect of any villain in this game.

It isnt actually steel, He got in an accident or something, I think it was a bullet to the head so they implanted an Adamantium plate, Same strong metal in Wolverines claws from X-Men and a heap of other superheroes and villains. He is basically the generic Mafia mobster.

Rom? this isn't a rom, I got a copy of the CD burned from a friend via online download since I couldn't find an actual CD copy. The actual CD's are on several online sites like Amazon and Ebay, but I lack online financial accounts and don't want to create any.
