I know exactly what you mean! I don't know if there really is a definite timing to this solo. Usually when I practiced this with a metronome, I did them as 16th notes, and I played the last 3 notes (the descending triad) quicker, as 16th note triplets.
So the count was something like this: 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 12 123 and that's how I repeated the pattern, if that helps any. I know it doesn't fit in very well, I think he just crammed a bunch of notes in.
You're wrong. "Get the Funk Out" as a very similar tapping part in it, but this is from "He Man Woman Hater." Go listen to the song. It's one thing to correct me if I'm wrong, but calling me an idiot for a mistake ( which wasn't actually a mistake) shows what a shallow person you are.

Most people that make hard lessons make them too fast but you made it in a way where I (dumbass) even would understand. I will practice this though I really can´t play it for years. I use the palm of my right hand to mute the lower strings, and on my left hand, the higher strings are muted by my fingers in the area beyond my fingertips.
I have a question , could I swap my hands for yours please.. Lol

Ah yes, good point. I hope I can explain it clearly on here. The notes are all on the B string as follows:
17(tapped), 10, 12, 14 17(tapped), 14, 12, 10, 12, 14, 19(tapped), 14, 12, 10.
There's no picking, all legato there. I know it's hard to learn it in text, so please let me know if you are still having trouble.

Yep! I'm using a Line 6 Delay Modeler, which sounds great. No reverb though. Believe it or not I'm actually using a solid state amp - a Laney GC120C.
