I'm sorry, but the audio is just awful. You could have lowered the natural audio, and done a voice over for the police officer (since you don't see her lips moving.) Audio is what will make or break any video, and this one was broken. Audio levels should be between -6 and -12 decibels. And natural audio should be slightly lower.
