@ElitePCJumper bouncer probs means that you can't hear anything in ae so you cant sync. Maybe he means not how to get a song in ae but what you used to time it with the music in ae.
@66kiwi Import music like you would a clip, set ram preview to lower quality if needed, Composition>preview and make sure Audio is checked. You can then hit NumPad 0 to preview with music. To see the audio waveform hit (TheTrack)>Audio>Waveform. To preview the music by itself hit Composition>preview>either Audio Preview (depending if you want it in a certain place or from the beginning.

@66kiwi OHH yeah you can hear the music in ae, you just have to set it up so that when you do a RAM preview it plays sound
