area51er6- you need to wake up. BMQ in St. Jean is full of english staff you will have no problems. Upon completion of BMQ and BIQ there is no guaruntee that you will be based in Alberta. Even if you go PPCLI you may end up in Shilo MB. Go RCR and you are bound for ON. The army is no place for children who want to be close to mommy and daddy.
