where do you buy the silver metal things on top of the charms

im not too sure what they're called.. :T

but its those metals things with a circle at the tip u insert into the clay before you bake it so that you're able to put it on a bracelet or something :P

I got some scolpty polymer clay, I made something the other day and its... flexible. I've gone all over the net and it says nothing about how hard/soft the clay is supposed to be. Is a little flexibility okay, or is it supposed to be hard and not move at all?
