I bought my unlocked Samsung Galaxy S II from mobilecity in New York and got the Spanish version...fml...it only has 4 language options:

English, Spanish, Portuguese and Korean. How can I add more? And how the fuck am I supposed to know which version I get if I buy this in an english speaking country and end up with a Spanish one?

Different models may vary depending on the region of where the phone came from.

Where did you get your Galaxy S? Is it a Captivate/Vibrant or a generic Galaxy S?

Also, which language are you trying to change to?

The languages you have preloaded on the Galaxy S depends on which country/supplier you bought the phone from. I believe the major combinations out there are North America, Europe, and Asia.

The one i showed you in the video is from Asia so it contained a wider variety of languages. There is a way to change the ROM on the Samsung i9000 but there is a chance that you may brick the phone so i didn't make a video of that.
