You can buy one you can spawn one with a cheat or you can steal one. I don't know if theres a cheat to spawn one. Check the junkyard but if you own the safehouse by the carnival then you can buy one and will be on your roof.

yeah it works in PS2 when i got bored i get out by flying and wanted to explore blue hell so after i got to blue hell i jumped out from the willy and started falling to the blue light of blue hell but then i found myself on the "real world" but my willy wasnt there now it is trapped in blue hell forever :'( oh well i will go get a new one:D

Why do they make this, you can't do a thing with those instruments. Oke its fun too see and explore, but also in Driv3r you see rollerskaters but you cant steal it and skate on the streets. And why do they make the same game for pc, ps2/3 with other cheats, like superman, i cant cheat that on my ps2....too bad.

Because your helicopter will catch fire when you hit the building. The health cheat puts out the fire. Just know it and be able to type it in quick or your heli will explode and kill you.

I think this is pretty cool that you can enter the concert hall of the Hyman Arena.

You are not normally allowed to go in here but this is a trick to get there off mission. There are probably other ways to get in there but this is the easiest and my favorite way to get in.

i memorized all the roads and i finished the whole game even the rampages, ballons, heli missions, plane missions, car missions and even all the Turismo and more. Not forgeting, i got all the empire buildings tooand all outfits including the wetsuit from a water mission in Prawn Island

were they disabled like when you typed in the lower wanted level cheat for example, nothing happened? I dunno I just downloaded a game save from one of the many websites out there. google should reveal some. and Loaded it onto my memory card via CodeBreaker. you will need a USB flash drive formatted to FAT16 or 32 Code breaker 8.2 or any other cheat device that can move files to and from flash and memory cards. and an old (fat) PS2.

Theres 2 types of cheating. 1, Codebreaker and 2, Button cheats. Codebreaker is a cheat device and you need to get the codes for your game so yes you need to download the .CBS file and somehow get it to your PS2 memory card. the button cheats don't really require downloading but they do in order for you to see them on the website or print them out. and yes the cheats are different in GTASA & VCS.

VC is on the PS2 and VCS is on PSP and PS2. and VCS takes place in a different time than VC like I think 1982 but i'm not sure. there are changes between the two games like buildings vehicles and sounds and music and characters and the story is also different.

@DangerdudeMania Look around VC, if you can't find it then I think you need to complete the missions to unlock it. Or you can just download a game save and add it to your memory card via a cheat device that can handle game saves. you may need a USB flash drive and an old (Fat) PS2.

it's for the don't kill phil mission and for when you go to watch the concert. This area is literally located under the stadium. the mall has an inside area right under the one you see when you are outside. I think those are the only 2 underworld areas in this game b/c its a PSP to PS2 port. notice that there is no police radio chatter when you commit crimes? I never heard a police radio in LCS or VCS.. R* didnt add it to save space.

I'm not sure but I'm thinking it's after you complete the don't kill phil mission. I don't do the missions I just mess around and cause chaos in these types of games.

nope its a trick you can do but you need a way to stop your heli from catching fire. know the health cheat and make sure you can put it in a lot and fast. or just get a cheat device like codebreaker or action replay max. you'll need a cheat that prevent aircraft from catching fire.
