Thanks for the vid--this guy is damn good on those pads. In shape, sharp, and powerful. Very few could do better than that.

I can't get enough of this video either. Just from watching this earlier this week, I feel like my technique on the pads got tighter this week. I feel sharper. Thanks for the video! But how do I buy the dvd?

I have a copy but am waiting for someone to do me the copying.
I will do it for about £7+p&p. Only to cover the costs of the actual filming.

Yo...Paowrit are lightning fast man...I had to watch this vid like 6 or 7 times. How does he get up to that speed???
He is relaxed and he has trained for 4 hours a day for the past 10 years!!!! LOL
Paowrit has very nice kicks. Another good video by you mate. Keep them coming.
