The shoe model is Adidas TS Commanders. The lacrosse coach was able to put the specs in to have the shoes made. If you want the exact specs go to my website varietytrainer and email me. I might be able to forward you the exact specs from the lacrosse coach-I am pretty sure he said he had them.

We will do both Hang Cleans and Power Cleans. I typically stay more with Hang Cleans in the In-Season Phases. This will not always be true as the chemistry and needs of the team will change from year to year.

Is there a reason you guys do hang cleans instead of power cleans? If so why?

The shoes are team issued addidas. I will have to ask the coaches for the exact model of shoe.
