I just wanted a Helicopter to see what happened to the Ghost town behind the mountain of Shoreside Vale, Those who were able to fly the dismantled dodo plane in GTA3 would see the ghost town there... In GTALCS, they removed the Ghost Town...

The Ghost Town is a "hidden area", not intended to be accessed during normal gameplay. It is a template image for the opening cutscene of Grand Theft Auto III where Claude is helping Catalina rob a bank, before being betrayed and shot. The small city block is just a hidden interior alongside of the garden area on Kenji's Casino, the roof of the Love Media building.

then you drive to the bridge, and in a certain point you press L3(the left analog stick) and get on the bridge and jump into the building

i got the helicopter during the same mission

but i did it different, since the helicopter goes so low all you have to do is go in front of where it's going and then stand on the car. It's pretty easy, but your way seems more simple because the helicopter some times hits me and i get pissed of so I blow it up with the rocket launcher.
