5D's takes place in 20XX, according to the manga adaption. For comparison, DM takes place in 1992-~1993 and GX takes place in 2004-2007.

Well 4KID'S won't dub YGO episodes anymore, so we'll see. If there's going to be any english dub version of this movie, it'll be good if they follow the main japanese dialogue and the english voices to suit the characters.

Otherwise I won't watch the english dub of this movie.
