@lamaddussa Because we believe meat is not really healthy if we eat everyday. However, Korean foods have basically kinda combination of 70% vegetables and 30% meats or seafoods. You can swap it out if you want. there are so many various ways you can enjoy with it.
i heard a lecture about vegetarianism in korea and apparently the traditional diet was far more vegetarian & the level of meat consumption came about due to absorbing influence of western & japanese cultures. apparently the meat eating is now being observed to be taking a negative toll on korean health. do you agree with this? i'm thinking about working in korea at some point, but i'm a vegetarian & i think that could make things difficult...
