Yes, Skorge has a dual-ended chainsaw staff that he uses to cut through a tank. After you beat the first button mash sequence, the staff breaks in half and the second time he uses both ends of the staff to attack.

uhh thar isnt a bad guy in GOW wit duel chainsaws but thar is a guy who holds 1 chaingun in 1 hand and controll a bunch of man eating kryll in the other hes the boss of the game and his name is RAAM or RAMM i cant remember

Its one of the boss fights while you are underground about to make your way to the surface. He knocks pillars down at you and you have to break the staff. Idk maybe it is just one chainsaw but I'm pretty sure its 2 saws
