I would caution on saying the vaccine will kill you(in German at least), this could be dismissed as exaggeration or sensationism. Better is, "Lassen Sie sich nicht impfen. Now there are about 10 Arabians talking about it. The keywords show up in google :)

Anyway, the media over there is saying the US is creating the vaccination to add money to the failing economy.
