I love this anthem. Someone answered that Diana's not actually Welsh. By that estimation, they should be playing Deutschland Uber Alles at Westminster Abbey when they're burying members of the Windsor-Mountbatten clan.

@afro10k ,sorry about the delay getting back to you,to be honest with you the idea of going to wales would be for the scenery,landmarks and the castles around the coast,i take a drink but the pub scene is not for me,i would love to see Harlech,caernarfon and some of the other amazing castles,please God i will get there in the summer.Thanks for the reply afro10k.

I can tell you of many "better designed" flags (although it really is a matter of taste). When it comes to dragons, I think the flag of Bhutan is better than the Welsh flag. Why don't people sing it properly - "pleidiol" not "plaidiol" and "beirdd" not "bairdd"? "Ei" and "ai" sound totally different. "ei" is like the vowel in "save", whilst "ai" is the vowel in "I've". I don't know anybody who pronounces the words like that when speaking - so why do they when singing??? Annoying.

@danlefou You are a language? As far I remember right "Cymraeg" is the language and everything in that language, and "Cymreig" is the adjective for anything else.
Anyway: If that is your strengh, then you should do all that is possible for you to keep it that way - otherwise you won't have much left of these cultures soon. (speaking as a German who has witnessed teh downfall of the lowgerman language an culture)
