I'm perfectly fine with the FDA regulating it, with UNBIAS testing. But to ban it because it's not regulated? Um.....what? So regulate it. God damn. The more reputable brands aren't dangerous, they actually use FDA approved ingredients like food grade PG and VG (used in vaporizers -_-).
The "carcinogens" they're talking about, are found in NRT products, like The Patch, that she's promoting. Nicotine basically....when burnt. Not burnt? Not so much. It's in tomatoes guys. Small amounts.
How ignorant can she be - and of course she drove her guest to follow her line of thinking. "Oooo - these are icky. I don't know anything about them, but they look icky!"
How stupid.
Want to contact her directly and ask her to provide an informed opinion? Good luck! Her personal email address is pretty well hidden.
The smug look on her face kills me. She just shows the ignorance that a lot of people have with something they don't understand. Broken pencils...... really? I've used the patch many times and it never worked for me. I've been using e-cigs now for 4 months and I haven't touched a real cigarette since and I feel great.
I don't have a problem with what the doctor said. In essence, he's right about getting rid of all the chemicals. Rachel Ray doesn't really know what she's talking about, because she wasn't a smoker who went to the e-cig as an alternative. I personally don't like to say that the e-cig is a "smoking cessation device" but, I will say, it's an alternative to smoking. She needs to do a little research before she pops off with nonsense.

She sounds like such an ignorant jackass. At least these are better than real cigarettes. They might help a lot of people quit and save their life.
