Every album that they made was the shiz. From forever to through struggle to i never wanted, their albums are amazing. Very deep lyrics. I have seen them and Nick is an awesome guitarist and Tim has the sickest scream ever. Don't forget Jordan who can play the drums like no other. Oh and Josh and Phil!

actually it is metalcore, the combination of hardcore punk and metal... or melodic hardcore for some. Nu Metal on the other hand is just a hard form of rock, some melody, but not as much as metalcore and the lyrics are somewhat rapped.

So who needs a lesson about music now. Nu Metal would be like some of slipknots stuff.

That being said, AILD latest cd was so much better than Shadows of Security. They finally don't sound near as generic as before.

I agree about An Ocean Between Us being much better. Shadows Are Security was a weak album and I'm not sure why the decline because I really enjoyed Frail Words Collapse, not exactly all the members but a good album.
